Privacy Policy

Agntfree LLC (“Agntfree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

This policy applies to all users of the Agntfree platform accessible at agntfree.com.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identity & contact information: Full name, email address, phone number, and account password (stored as a hashed credential).
• Property information: Address, listing details, photos, asking price, and transaction-related data you submit when listing or making an offer.
• Payment information: Payment card details and bank account information collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf. Agntfree does not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on its own servers.
• Communications:Messages sent between buyers and sellers through the platform’s messaging system.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on the platform, collected automatically.
• Transaction data: Offer amounts, accepted prices, transaction status, and closing-related information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Facilitate real estate transactions between buyers and sellers on the platform.
• Submit listings to CRMLS and syndicate to third-party portals.
• Process payments and send payment confirmations.
• Send transactional notifications (e.g., offer received, status updates) by email and SMS.
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
• Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
• Improve, analyze, and operate the platform.
• Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share your information only as necessary to operate the platform and as described below:

We may also disclose your information: (a) if required by law, subpoena, or court order; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agntfree, our users, or the public; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, in which case we will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.):

• Right to Know: You may request a summary of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, legal compliance).
• Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale:Agntfree does not sell personal information. If this changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” mechanism.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To exercise these rights, submit a request to privacy@agntfree.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform services. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years after a transaction closes to comply with applicable legal and tax requirements.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@agntfree.com. Deletion of your account does not automatically delete records required to be retained by law or to resolve pending disputes.

Agntfree uses session cookies and local storage to maintain your authenticated session. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking networks. Analytics data (usage logs, page views) is collected to operate and improve the platform.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Agntfree platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
